I went to School for the very first time for Brunch this morning. We got there for 10:30 and it was not very busy probably because there was so much snow on the roads, although even with the snow it got much busier around 11:30. The building itself was pretty neat. It was quaint with exposed brick inside, and you walked in and could see the kitchen.
The seating was comfortable and the server was friendly and quick and professional.
Our guests had ordered some Banana Espresso Chocolate Chip Muffins. They were tiny and delightful! The texture and taste were both spot on. I could eat at least 4 of them but didn't want to ruin my appetite. I started with a glass of freshly squeezed O.J. Yum! For brunch I ordered the Super Cheesy French Toast, which was double smoked bacon and cheese smothered over perfectly cooked soft thick french toast. The cheese was oogy gooey goodness with a little bit of crispness on the bottom which was AMAZING! It also came with a side salad which was fresh and the dressing was subtle not taking away from the main course.
All the meals at my table including those that my guests ordered were perfectly plated and looked delicious. Everything on the menu sounded phenomenal and it truly was an incredibly difficult decision to order my meal.
On the way out the door I passed by the bakery and noticed the most incredible looking items, cupcakes, nutella scones and so much more!
I will certainly be returning here for brunch and probably lunch or dinner as well!
